What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in game marketing or digital marketing for global products
• Proven skills in growth hacking and community building
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and global player trends
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Familiar with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing mobile or indie games to international audiences
• Network with gaming influencers and community leaders
• Knowledge of platforms such as Steam, App Store, Google Play, or Epic Games

What you are going to do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across pre-launch, launch, and live-ops phases
• Lead growth-focused campaigns to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Build and manage global gaming communities through platforms like Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok, and others
• Work closely with the game development team to ensure brand alignment and consistent messaging
• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and relevant partners to expand visibility
• Track campaign performance, analyze user data, and optimize based on real-time insights
• Manage budgets and ensure effective use of resources
