What we are looking for

Must-Have

• 2–5 years of experience as a mobile developer, with at least 1–2 years in Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter framework, and common architecture patterns (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM).
• Experience in:
  
• RESTful or GraphQL API integration
• State management and widget lifecycle
• Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with:
• Flutter animations and custom widgets
• Performance optimization
• Server-Driven UI or dynamic layout rendering
• WebSocket / real-time features
• Flutter Web or integrating Unity/Cocos mini-games
• Understanding of app release process (App Store / Google Play).

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and passion for mobile user experience.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication.

What you are going to do

1. Mobile App Development

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
• Implement UI screens based on design specifications and ensure smooth animations and interactions.
• Build reusable components and maintain clean, organized code.

2. Feature Implementation

• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, notifications, and other core features.
• Work with backend engineers to ensure proper API integration and data flow.
• Support the implementation of Server-Driven UI and dynamic content rendering.

3. Quality & Performance

• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and loading speed.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, crashes, and UI issues.
• Ensure high compatibility across different devices and OS versions.

4. Collaboration

• Work with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect UI components.
• Coordinate with PM, QA, and Backend teams to ensure smooth development and releases.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
