What we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing activities for Go Vietnam, a GIANTY’s B2B-focused business in the Vietnam market.

This role is designed for a hands-on senior marketer who can take ownership of marketing execution, with a strong focus on video content, social channels, and campaign coordination. The position requires solid marketing judgment, clear communication, and the ability to turn business goals into practical marketing actions.

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Strong background in B2B marketing; experience in B2B2C models is highly preferred
  • Understanding of consumer insights and demand generation in support of B2B growth
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing marketing activities in the Vietnam market
  • Experience collaborating with external partners or agencies
  • Strong at creating & distributing video and social content
  • Proficient in English
  • Practical, outcome-focused mindset
  • Proactive, open-minded, and comfortable speaking up
  • Confident in sharing ideas, opinions, and initiatives
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
Nice-to-have
  • Experience working with international brands or B2B partners/resellers 
  • Experience with B2B2C models or consumer-driven (pull) strategies
  • Understanding of advertising, website, and lead-generation concepts
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics

What you are going to do
A. Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Identify priority channels and coordinate activities across content, social, and campaign execution
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
B. Social Channel Development 
  • Build, manage, and grow Go Vietnam’s key social and video channels
  • Develop content ideas, key messages, and CTAs tailored to B2B audiences in Vietnam,  with awareness of consumer demand and brand perception
  • Apply pull-based marketing thinking to support partner and brand engagement
  • Ensure content, channel performance, and execution align with brand positioning and marketing goals
  • Track and evaluate channel and content performance to inform future planning
 C. Partner & External Collaboration
  • Coordinate with external partners such as:
    • Marketing agencies
    • PR & media partners
    • Influencers / KOLs (when applicable) mainly through brand-led or co-marketing initiatives
  • Align partners on goals, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Coordinate event preparation and booth setup with partners and vendors
D. Others
  • Oversee and coordinate advertising and performance marketing activities
  • Liaise with the development team on website and landing page development
  • Prepare reports and monitor marketing metrics
