What we are looking for (Senior / Lead level)

We’re looking for a Senior BD / Sales Lead who can “cook a great deal from whatever ingredients we have”—turning GIANTY’s strengths into clear solutions, a convincing sales kit, and commitments we can deliver.

Must-have experience
  • 5+ years in B2B sales (services/solutions), with proven revenue impact
  • 2+ years in global business development (US/EU/AU markets is a plus)
  • Solid background selling custom software and/or AI solutions and/or immersive (AR/VR)
Leadership & execution
  • Experience leading a sales function: managing BD members and/or driving sales partners (channel, referral, alliances)
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment: you don’t just “close”—you align internal teams to make sure we deliver what we promised
  • Ability to build and run a repeatable sales machine: pipeline, forecasting, playbooks, weekly cadence, CRM discipline
“Great BD = Great Chef” mindset
  • Resourceful: leverage what we already have (cases, teams, IP, networks) and turn it into a sellable story
  • Market-sensitive: spot buyer signals, trends, budget cycles, and competitor moves early
  • Strategic + tactical: think short-term wins and long-term positioning at the same time
  • Commercial thinking: always evaluate work through revenue, margin, and long-term growth
Communication
  • Excellent English: present, negotiate, and build trust with international clients
  • Influence across levels: work smoothly with delivery, tech leads, managers, and BOD
  • Proactive collaboration and transparent reporting (no “silent pipeline”)
Industry exposure (strong plus)
  • Enterprise clients in finance, telecom, healthcare, manufacturing
  • Experience selling to mid-market/enterprise, handling multi-stakeholder deals

What you are going to do
1) Build pipeline & win deals
  • Hunt new clients and partners globally through multiple channels
  • Run discovery, shape the opportunity, craft proposals, and close deals
  • Build client base in key markets: US, Australia, Germany (and beyond)
2) Lead the sales team & sales partners
  • Coach and lead BD members with clear targets, weekly cadence, and execution discipline
  • Develop and manage sales partners (referral/channel/alliance), enable them with messaging and sales kits
  • Drive accountability: pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and commitments
3) Package our strengths into solutions
  • Turn GIANTY capabilities into clear offers (value props, case studies, pricing logic, delivery approach)
  • Collaborate with delivery/product to shape feasible scope and timeline
  • Work with marketing and partners to execute campaigns and market entry plays
4) Ensure we deliver what we commit
  • Align pre-sales, delivery, and management to avoid overpromise
  • Join critical client calls when needed to protect trust and outcomes
  • Build a culture of “commitment → delivery → long-term relationship”
